Veg Cauliflower Rice

4 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 Patty fry's new traditional burgers (vegetarian)12 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 4 oz Feta Cheese 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Dice cauliflower (or grate or use food processor) till rice consistency.
Stir fry in pan - use cook and spray to make sure it doesn't stick.
Add soya sauce and lemon juice and season to taste.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add.
Fry the vegetarian burger patties and cut into cubes.
Fry everything together in pan and when finished crumble over the feta.
Tear the basil leaves into pieces and add.
Serve warm.
