Low carb/ keto pancakes!!!

Ingredients
1/2 cup arrowhead mills coconut flour5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4 tbsp serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia in small plastic container 1 1/2cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Canola Oil1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp xanthan gumSplash of water, about 1tsp
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together until well combined. Then add vanilla, eggs, whipping cream and oil until smooth.. Batter should be thicker like regular pancake mix but not too thick. If needed add a splash of water and a little more heavy whipping cream. Let batter set for a minute. The best method for cooking is taking a large baking/cookie sheet, spreading the batter along the pan and baking at 400 for 12-15 minutes depending on the stove. Let set for a minute and cut into squares or take a cup and make round ones! I tried frying with a nonstick pan with and without oil but the pancakes would burn on one side before being able to flip. This method gets a nice golden brown and is a lot easier!
