Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
6 skinless chicken legs (any part of chicken you choose) 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 dry bread crumbs 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper dash (to taste)
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees remove skin from chicken,place chicken in a shallow pan. Pour milk over chicken and then refrigerate while you prepare the coating mix. In shallow bowl mix breadcrumbs,cheese,salt,and pepper.Roll chicken around in breadcrumb mix,coating chicken well. Place chicken on a slightly greased baking sheet place in oven bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
