Banana Blueberry Walnut Oatmeal Muffins

1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)0.5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 tbsp Challenge Butter0.5 Cup Woodstock 5 Grain Cereal1.0 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Mash bananas (very ripe bananas work best). Stir in egg, brown sugar, and vanilla. Melt butter and add to mixture. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. To the dry ingredients, add oatmeal and walnuts. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Coat blueberries in a light dusting of flour and gently stir into mixture. Do not over stir! Divide mixture into 12 paper-lined muffin tin cups. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool on cooling rack.
