Ingredients
1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt .3 cup Honey 64 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g) 8 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips 32 gram(s) Coconut Flakes, unsweetened Bob's Red Mill 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Using a Tablespoon, scoop, flatten and pack mixture against the bowl and tap out onto parchment paper. It should be a half round serving. After you’ve gone through all of the mixture, package and put in the freezer of fridge.
