Ingredients
2 cups red potatoes, dicedRosemary 1 tbspPepper, blackOlive oil (extra virgin)
Directions
Place diced potatoes in pyrex baking dish; drizzle olive oil and sprinkle pepper and rosemary on top.
Bake at 475 for about 15 minutes and reduce to 425 for about 20 more minutes or until desired consistency.
