Brown Rice Zucchini Bowl

1 serving Brown Rice, Great Value Natural Whole Grain Rice - 1/4 cup dry .5 cup Beans, red kidney .5 cup, sliced Zucchini .5 tbsp Basil .5 tbsp Oregano, ground .5 cup Salad - Mixed Greens (Fresh Express) 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, salted
1. Cook Brown rice per package instructions.
2. Slice Zucchini to make 1/2 cup of slices
3. Measure out the 1/2 cup of kidney beans
4. Combine the olive oil, basil, oregano & garlic to make the dressing to put on top & set aside so flavors can mix together.
5. Add mixed greens to a bowl or plate
6. Melt butter in a frying pan and saute the zucchini. Towards the finish of sauteing the zucchini add the beans to the fry pan to get them hot. If you like you can add them sooner if you like them cooked a it more.
7. When rice is cooked put on top of the mixed greens
8. After the zucchini & beans are finished, add them on top of the rice.
9. drizzle your dressing on top of the bowl.
10. Mix together & Enjoy!
