B - Creamy Cinnamon Breakfast Pudding

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese 4%1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 large Egg 1/8tsp Cinnamon, ground pinch nutmeg1/2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal 1/16 cup Butter, salted
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk the cottage cheese, heavy cream and egg to combine.
Cook the mixture, stiring occasionally until the mixture starts to boil about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer untill the eggs are cooked through about 4 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the flaxseed and spices.
Pour into a bowl and top with butter. Serve immediately.
