Ingredients
10 oz. ground turkey (93% lean)1/2 medium shallot, minced (about 1 1/2 Tablespoon)1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper1 teaspoon Light Mayonnaise (Hellman's preferred)1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Chipotle Sauce1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients into ground turkey (using your hands seems to work best).

Divide mixture in half and form into 2 patties.

Heat grill to medium high. Would also work well in a skillet/grill pan on the stove top.

Spray grill with some cooking spray so the burgers don't stick.

Cook burgers 7 1/2 minutes on each side. Serve.

Makes 2 burgers.

We serve on Aunt Millie's Deluxe Whole Grain Buns.

*It would also work well making slightly smaller burgers with 1 lb. of meat yielding 4 burgers.

This was absolutely delicious. I didn't even have to add cheese or any condiments; it was great as it was. I will definitely make this again! - 5/1/10

I reduced the sodium by eliminating the kosher salt. Otherwise, I would have rated it higher. - 6/10/09

Very good, but a bit too salty. I think I would cut out the regular salt next time, and just use the seasoning salt. I used a bit of chili powder instead of Tabasco, as well. - 10/4/11

I give this three stars because the burgers were very tasty and my whole family liked them. However, then fell apart when we cooked them. - 8/7/13

I have been making these burgers for a couple of years now. I NEVER thought I would like any turkey burger until I tried this one. I double the recipe so we can have them for lunch. They disappear when I make them for friends, neighbors and relatives. (I reduce the kosher salt, too!) Enjoy! - 7/8/13

I make a slightly smaller burger and leave out the kosher salt. The Worchester sauce adds plenty of flavor. - 6/12/13

This is my go to burger. Anytime I have leftover burger I make this. I usually add Jalapeno, but then I add that to everything. - 6/12/13

Great way to season what can otherwise be a somewhat bland burger. And I didn't even use Tobasco! Served burger on a bed of greens rather than in a bun. - 4/30/13

I've been using this recipe for years now and never gave a proper review...These burgers are amazingly good. So juicy and full of flavor. For parties, I make 'mini burgers' with crescent roll dough and they are usually gone within ten minutes! Friends ask me to make them all the time! Thank you! - 3/29/13

This was fantastic!!! All my kids (9,13, and 15) loved these burgers, and they were a hit with the adults as well. No condiments necessary. Moist and delicious as is! I substituted chili sauce for the tabasco and soy sauce for the worcestershire as I did not have those ingredients at home. YUM!! - 6/5/12

This was delicious! I loved them so much, I just ate them plain without a bun, with no added condiments. - 8/12/11

Really enjoyed this recipe. I used a white onion instead of scalions and it turned out great. I think next time I'm going to add some green peppers into the meat before cooking. Will deffinately use this recipe again! - 7/21/11

Delicious! I made this and used Lite Flat Out Bread instead of a hamburger bun. I love Flat Out Bread! You can make wraps, pizzas or desserts with them and they are only 90 calories and they are really big! - 7/21/08
