Ingredients
Salmon - 6oz, cooked1/3 Cup light sour cream1/3 cup light mayoJuice from 1/2 lemon2 Tbsp chopped dill1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped apple (sweet)salt/pepper to taste
Directions
cook, cool and flake salmon filet.

In a separate dish mix all other incredients. Fold salmon into wet mixture.

** Some like to add capers to this recipe.

    I made this and had it with a mixed spinach/lettuce mix. It was very good. I really like the addition of apples to this mix. Gives it a nice, crunchy texture. I also added the capers to as per the suggestion. - 11/12/08
