Stuffed peppers with Cauli-rice

2 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 serving Sausage, Stop and Shop Hot Italian Sausage 1 serving Sausage, Stop and Shop Hot Italian Sausage .9 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
Cut peppers in half lengthwise and place in baking pan. Mix all other ingredients together except mozzarella. Stuff peppers and bake at 350f until peppers are soft and meat is cooked. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake until melty.
