Ingredients
55 gram(s) crab meat 25%leg-Ocean's 120 g can (by VICKIEMIKE) 2 large Hard Boiled Egg 3 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 1 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Sour Cream 1 tsp Bacon (Harmel) real bacon bites for salads 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 tbsp Parsley
Directions
Salmon fillet rub salt, black pepper and lemon spice leave in fridge for one night. Wash it off and add olive oil.
Mix mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon, onion. Mix all other ingredients put over romaine salad and spinach. Enjoy :)
