Zang's Honey Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 cup red wine vinegar1/4 tsp dry mustard1/4 tsp paprika1 tsp poppyseeds4-1/2 Tbs honey OR agave nectar1 Tbs fresh lemon juice1/3 cup finely chopped onion1/4 tsp sea salt1 cup Canola oil
Directions
To get the right consistency, you must FOLLOW DIRECTIONS EXACTLY!

Put all ingredients EXCEPT oil into a blender or food processor and blend.

WITH MACHINE RUNNING, slowly add the canola oil to create an emulsion.

Serve over salad greens of your choice. We like to add a fruit as well: fresh ripe cherries, mangos, blueberries or mandarin oranges work well.
