Vegetarian refried beans

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 3 tsp Garlic 3 cup Beans, pinto cooked without salt1-2 cups water or vegetable stockSalt, optional
Directions
Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil. Add cumin and pintos cook over low for 5-10 minutes adding water or broth if needed. Mash or process to desired consistency.
