FRITTATA (EGG FAST)

9 large eggs, fresh, whole, raw 1.125 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 250 grams Spinach, frozen 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 7 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black 3 tsp Garlic powder
1. Mix liquids (best to use hand held blender)
2. Stir in other ingredients
3. Pour into a greased pan or pyrex dish (I like my approx. 10"x10" dish that has a lid to store in the fridge)
4. Bake in a 180'C (350'F) oven until browned and set - maybe 25 mins
Serving Size: Suitable for OMAD or 6 serves
