Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
.3 cup Sweetener: sugar: white sugar, powdered, sifted (1 cup) (by GEEGEESBEES) 2 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 2 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar .5 cup Butter, salted 2 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Tapioca Flour, Bob's Red Mill (by MOMTO9SWEETIES) 2 serving Aloha Nu Coconut Flour 1/2 cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt
Directions
1. Make 2 cups of buttermilk. Use 1 can of coconut milk, and 2 tbsp. vinegar (can use apple cider vinegar too, I just didn't have any). allow to sit for 5 minutes.
2. Preheat your waffle maker.
3. In mixer, mix buttermilk, Butter, Vanilla extract, eggs, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until the big lumps are gone, but do not over mix.
4. Make the waffles in your waffle maker.
5. Serve with Sugar free syrup, nut btter, fruit, etc. Can freeze. Fits into toaster.
