.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup Peas, frozen 1 cup Catelli Garden Select Garlic and Onion Pasta Sauce (by KITSCHYCOO1) 3 teaspoon Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Quinoa 1 bunch Spinach, fresh .25 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder (by MZTRACY) 1 tsp Coriander seed 1 dash Pepper, black
1. Cook quinoa as per instructions, adding bouillon cubes for flavour.
2. As it is nearly cooked, add frozen peas, cumin and coriander powders, ground pepper, spinach, and chopped green bell pepper. Stir everything together.
3. Once spinach is wilted and the peas thawed through, remove pan from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
