Ingredients
Directions
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/8 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 cup Apple juice, unsweetened 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 cup - Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 1/8 cup Equal Sugarly
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, sift out all lumps.
Melt butter and mix with all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Spray a donut mold with olive oil - fill each cavity approximately 2/3 of the way full.
Place in the over for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Place on a rack or in the freezer to cool before removing from the mold.
You can top these with a cinnamon sugar mixture or eat as is. I chose to not put the cinnamon sugar mixture on them as they are sweet enough on their own. I topped with cream cheese instead. Easy to freeze and reheat when needed.
