Ingredients
3.0 large Hard Boiled Egg1.0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs3.0 serving Sugar In The Raw packet, Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar2.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)0.5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut them into 4 lengthwise and then across. Cook and Crumble the bacon and pour into mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let stand for a couple of hours and serve. Serving Size: 1 cup
