Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 10 grams Pepper, black 30 grams Garlic 250 grams Tomatoe - Red, Cherry, Ripe 1/2 cup 400 grams Zucchini 45 grams Lemon Juice ’Real Lemon’ 100% juice 1 grams salt, Morton Lite Salt Mixture (1/2 the sodium of table salt) 200 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 400 grams Trader Joe’s Natural Wild Salmon 10 grams Thyme, fresh 200 grams Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Slice the salmon. Dice the zucchini and yellow peppers. Slice the mushrooms. Whole cherry tomatoes. Arrange the salmon and veggies in separate lines across the pan .Ground the garlic and thyme. Mix garlic ,thyme lemon juice and olive oil and season the salmon and veggies. Add salt and pepper over the entire pan. Cover with foil. Put in the oven.
