16 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef 2.5 cup Spinach, fresh 1 medium Summer Squash .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 100 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Put 2 tbls. Olive Oil and some garlic powder in a large pot add ground beef, chopped onions and peppers and cook until meat is thoroughly cooked. shred or chop spinach and yellow squash and add to pot with salt and pepper, cook until soft then add the 1 cup cooked brown rice until desired doneness is reached.
let cool and then divide into 6 servings and store or serve.
