Spicy Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
Spray oil4 cloves of garlic, minced1 med onion, chopped 2 med bell peppers (any color), chopped 1 cup, button mushrooms, sliced 1 15oz can Diced tomatos1 32oz can Toamto Sauce1 6oz can Tomato Paste 1 pound Ground TurkeyItalian seasoning (to taste)Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)1 16oz box of Barilla Plus Spaghetti
Directions
Brown Turkey in skillet over medium/high. Once browned empty turkey into strainer and rinse with warm water (this removes excess fat) and set aside.

Coat bottom of large sauce pan with spary oil. Heat over medium/ high heat. Saute garlic for 30secs then add onions and peppers. Saute 4-5 min. Add mushrooms, saute 1 min. Add turkey and red pepper flakes. Saute for 3-4 mins.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Add Italian seasoning. Bring to a bubble and reduce to a simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Combine with sauce and enjoy.
