Sweet potato, Kale and Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato, cut into 1" cubes, peel on3 cup, chopped Kale, chopped1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 can drained1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 serving TASTE OF THAI - RED CURRY PASTE - 1 TSP (by CECIDITULLIO)
Directions
Combine everything and cook covered 20 min in 350°. Remove from oven leaving covered for 10 min. Kale can be added near the end for desired crunchiness.
