Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
2 pouches of Pink Salmon2 Eggs1 cup crushed whole wheat crackersSeasoning to taste (I use an Italian type of seasoning - but you can use Old Bay or whatever you want)
Directions
mix ingredients together pat into patties - I usually get about 8 patties - but my family likes them pretty big. Fry in 2 tbls oil (I use EVOO or the new Crisco Omega 3) for 5 to 8 min on each side till golden brown. You can also cook these on the grill which is very nice because that way the odor stays outside.
