2.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 fl oz Water, tap1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.67 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add liquid first to avoid flour stcking to bottom. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons per pancake. Flip when bubbles appear.
