Place Cinnamon, Black pepper, and 4-6 drops RealLemon In Coffee Filter. place Filter In Coffee Maker, Or In Strainer And Set Over A Large Cup, Or A Bowl. Pour in Hot Water.
*Hot Water, Not Needed if using coffee maker.

    Well...it's Hot!! but WOW my throat felt much better after drinking. I would not drink regularly but when sick~ worth it every drop!..I would drink this tea again and would recommend to others when not feeling well (I would add just a little sweetener/honey for taste esp with youngers)Thanks so much - 9/1/08
