Turkey and spinach protein breakfast egg casserole

0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese6.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)10 oz Organic chopped spinach1 cup Liquid egg whites (or 6 egg whites) 1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
Preheat ove to 375. Brown sausage in skillet. In separate bowl, combine 6 eggs, and 1 cup liquid egg whites (or 6 egg whites), 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. (salt and pepper optional). Grease casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine sausage, chopped onion, and cooked/drained spinach in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese evenly. Pour egg mixture over the top of sausage mix. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until cheese is browned on top. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
