*Butternut Squash Spirals with Garlic & Lemon

Ingredients
1 pkg Pero Family Farms Butternut, Veggie Spirals (3.5 servings per pkg)1 tbsp Butter, unsalted2 clove Garlic1/2 tsp Tarragon, ground1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper, black1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice1/2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add squash, tarragon, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes or until squash noodles are tender, stirring frequently. Add lemon juice; toss until well combined.

Serve noodles garnished with cheese.
