1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 tbsp JIF - Creamy Peanut Butter: Natural8.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)2.0 serving Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips (30 chips)1.0 serving(s) aqaufaba
We start with the secret ingredient! Drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas. (Put chickpeas aside to use in something later) In Electric Mixer beat liquid for 4 + minutes.
While it's beating slowly melt chocolate chips in 30 sec incrimentes in Microwave. Add it peanut butter when chips are melted.
Go back to Mixer and add Coconut Sugar and Vanilla extract. Beat for a little bit longer.
Thick white pillowy sausbstance resembling whip cream will form and your liquid will have grown quite a bit. Finally, fold in your melted peanut butter abs chocolate chips and once fully incorporated pour into 4 small serving bowls. Chill for at least 3 hours +
