Easy Granola

Ingredients
4 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup, chopped Pecans .5 cup Maple Syrup .33 cup Canola Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Directions
Combine oats and nuts, mix in cinnamon. Combine liquids, stir into oat mixture. Spread evenly in greased 1/2 sheet pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned, stirring after 20 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately turn onto large piece of foil to cool. Add dried fruit, cover tightly and store at room temperature for 2 weeks. Won’t last that long.
