Veggie Stir Fry with rice

1 red and one orange bell pepper, cut into thin slices1 yellow squash, cut into slices1 zucchini, cut into slices2 cups long grain brown rice, cooked1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powder1 tablespoon dillweedSalt, and pepper to taste (optional)
On stove top, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Add vegetables and all spices.
Cook until tender.
Serve on top of cooked rice, and enjoy!
