Zucchini and tuna patties

Ingredients
1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 25 grams Cornstarch 1 cup, mashed Zucchini 1 serving 1 Large Eggwhite
Directions
Drain tuna, and remove as much water as possible from the mashed zucchini. Mix all ingredients. Scoop small portions into a hot non-stick pan with some coconut oil or spray. Cook from both sides until golden brown. Serve with baked vegetables, rice or salad.
