Instant pot beef & broccoli

Ingredients
3.0 1tsp Olive Oil3.0 1tsp Sesame Oil1.5 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen1.5 lb Flank Steak0.33 cup Soy Sauce16.0 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend3.0 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch0.75 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)4.0 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)
Directions
Saute thinly sliced steak with olive oil. Mix all all other ingredients, except, , cornstarch, carrots, broccoli & cauliflower rice. After sauteming meat, deglaze instant pot. Add sauce & carrots. HP for 10 min, NR for 10 min. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water. Add to instant pot after releasing pressure. Let thicken. Cook broccoli until tender crisp & cauliflower rice per instructions. Add broccoli to instant pot & serve over rice. Serving Size: 8- 1 & 1/2 cup servings
