Garlic lemon cabbage with tempeh

Ingredients
3 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 0.75 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil 8 oz Lightlife - Organic Three Grain Tempeh 4 cup Trader joes's Shredded Green Cabbage (10 oz bag, 4 servg) 45 gram Stevia in the Raw 0.5 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder .5 tsp coriander, ground spice (by JAMARCIL) .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Fry whole tempeh in coconut oil on medium. Brown on both sides. Remove and slice, fry each side until golden, add cabbage on top after flipping turn heat down to low and pour lemon mixture over top and cover until cabbage is whelted.
