0.50 tsp Paprika 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 tsp Garlic 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 32 oz Shrimp, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes 1 1/2 CUP GOYA DRY LENTILS
cook lentil. saute veggies in olive oil. Add diced tomatoes and seasonings. bring to a simmer before adding cooked lentils. simmer for 10 minutes and add shrimp. simmer until shrimp are cooked thru.
