3 oz Cod (fish) 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 100 gram(s) Brocoli
Directions
1.Season Cod with Paprika & Dill
2.Put cod on sheet tray and cook in oven for 7-10 mins until fully cooked.
3.Cool cod for 15 min
4.Freeze Cod for 15 min
