32 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 8 large Egg Yolk 3/4 cup of Monk Fruit 1/4 cup Pyure SweetenerDash of salt1 Teaspoon VanillaNutmeg to taste
Put Monk fruit and Pyure sweeteners into a blender and make into fine powdered sweetener.
Mix egg yolks and cream together in a sauce pan.
whisk other ingredients into egg and cream mixture and put on low stirring continuously until it starts to thicken.
Keep the cream container and pour egg nog back into the quart container, chill and enjoy.
