Ingredients
1 cup Bob's 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Soy Milk 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Add wet to dry, stir until combined and cook on medium heat griddle for 2 or 3 minutes per side.
