Egg Fried Rice

I cup cooked rice2 beaten eggs1/2 cup peas1/4 chopped onion1 tbsp canola or vegetable oildash of salt
If using frozen peas, cook them now. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Decrease heat, and add egg. Immediately add rice before egg sets. Once egg is barely cooked, add vegetables. Cook until onions are translucent. Season and serve.
