Bacon Asparagus Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 oz of bacon1 bunch (280 grams) Asparagus with bottom 2 inches removed1/2 (380 grams) Cucumber (with peel) 1 large Red Pepper 1 cup, chopped Red Onions12 pieces (40 grams) Sun Dried Tomatoes16 ounces Chicken Breast2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 tsp Pepper1/2 tbsp onion powder1/2 tbsp garlic powder1/4 tbsp dried thyme leaves1/4 tbsp dried basil
Directions
Chop all the vegetables and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.

Chop bacon and brown. Transfer the bacon to the bowl of vegetables and keep fat for browning the chicken.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and brown on medium heat until cooked through. Slice the chicken and season with basil, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss in the hot back fat for a minute or two and transfer to the vegetable mixture.
