Cherry-Pecan Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 tsp Onion powder 4 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 oz (20 halves) Pecans 0.25 cup Dried Cherries 2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 200 gram(s) Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, poached
Directions
Fill medium pot halfway with water in place of a high heat. As the water heats up cut each chicken breast and two pieces. Add the chicken to the pot and boil until cooked through, about 10 minutes using tongue remove the chicken from the water and shred or chop into bite-size pieces.

In a medium bowl whisk together Mayonnaise, yogurt, and onion powder. Stir in celery, pecans, and cherries. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
