1 serving great value organic white quinoa (1/4 c dry) .5 cup Great Value Chicken Broth (by TD78230) 3 clove Garlic .33 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked .5 oz Champagne, Brut, Andre 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .33 cup Spinach, cooked
Saute Mushrooms in Garlic and Champange, Saute Spinach in Oil and Garlic. Cook Quinoa with chicken broth. Add Mushrooms and Spinach once Quinoa is done.
