Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz No Yolks egg noodles 2 - 7 oz cans tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1/2 c Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter 1 c Milk, nonfat (skim)2 Tbsp all purpose Flour1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup Asparagus tips, canned or fresh8 oz grated Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions then drain well. While noodles are cooking, melt butter in a sauce pan then blend in flour using a whisk. Stir over low heat until the roux is slightly browned. Slowly add milk, stirring. Cook until mixture is smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese until melted and then blend in soup. Layer noodles, tuna, and asparagus in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish beginning and ending with the noodles. Bake covered for 45 min then uncover and bake an additional 10 min or until lightly browned. Serving Size: 1/6 of casserole
