2 lb Shrimp, raw 5 links BILINSKIS CAJUN STYLE CHICKEN SAUSAGE WITH CAYENNE AND HERBS 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 1/2 cup White Wine 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth 3 tsp crushed Garlic 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
saute shallot in olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes, add garlic and saute, slice sausages and add to pan and cook until browned. add crushed red pepper, white wine and chicken broth, scrape up all the bits in the pan and reduce by half. add shrimp and stir. cook until shrimp are pink and cooked thru. serve over cheese polenta or rice
