Cauliflower pizza crust, low carb

Ingredients
24 oz. Cauliflower florets, raw 1/2 cup water1.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. italian seasoning
Directions
Pulse cauliflower florets in food processor until resembles crumbs. Place riced cauliflower into saute pan with 1/2 c water and cook until soft - 15 min. Place cooked cauliflower into clean dishtowel and once cool, squeeze out water. Mix squeezed cauliflower, parmesan, egg and spices together to form a dough. Form into 12" pie on parchment covered pizza tray or cookie sheet. Bake 400* for 20 min. You can freeze or add toppings of your choice and bake another 10 min.
