1 lb. Lean Ground beef1/2 lb. Ground Mild Italian Sausage 3/4 cup Quick Quaker Oats 3/4 cup Onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup Ketchup 1 large Egg lightly beaten 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 cloves Garlic minced1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Heat oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Place into large loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
