0.4 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, large curd 400 grams Pink Salmon (fish) 6 grams Butter, unsalted 0.5 oz Goat Cheese, Soft 0.5 tbsp *Hidden Valley Ranch Light Dressing/ 2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 103 grams Onions, raw 214 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 40 gram Espinacas (by ETAVAREZ1)
Directions
saute bell pepeprs on butter, ad goat cheese, ranch dressing and cottage cheese, add bell pepper and spinash. add fish and bake for 35 minutes at 375 degreees.
