16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean2.0 serving Newman's Own Organic Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)0.25 cup Spinach, frozen0.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 tsp Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Mix meat with all ingredients and form into a loaf. Set aside 1/2 cup of sauce and mozz cheese to put on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, top with sauce and cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
