Mama Joans Pasta with clam sauce

Ingredients
4 oz angel hair pasta - barilla 6 3/4 oz can Clams, canned with juices1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 fl oz White Wine 3 clove Garlic, minced3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan Cheese1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Heat olive oil in pan. Saute minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant and lightly browned. Add juice from the clams, reserving clams. Bring to a boil then add wine and simmer to reduce sauce to a thicker consistency. Add clams, parsley and red pepper flakes to taste. Cook for another 4-5 min. Toss with the cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serving Size: 1
