1 lb lean ground beef 1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce (nutritional value is for Ragu Traditional Sauce)1 package whole wheat penne or rigatoni
Cook pasta per package instructions. While pasta is cooking, brown and drain the ground beef. In a 9 x 13 pan, mix all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top (sometimes I use more cheese and mix some in with the other ingredients). Bake for 30-45 minutes. You can make this early and keep in the refrigerator for a few hours until you're ready to bake. Makes 12 servings.
